Quick Update

i slept almost 12 hours last night...the power of the needle endorphins won out!  Later i spent the day cooking and watching Supernatural...such a peaceful day!  i seriously can not believe the power of the endorphins that are released...i haven't felt this at peace in weeks!

Another episode of Supernatural (no, i can't stand the Academy Awards, lol) and i'm off to another peaceful night of sleep.  i hope everyone had a wonderful weekend!
