Easter Holiday

i am exhausted...we had Costa Rican tacos for Easter dinner, it takes two days to prepare them and of course i've had #3 home too, so i wanted to make sure i had plenty of time to spend with him.  The tacos were a huge success, i made 70 of them, each one was deep fried after rolling the shredded beef inside...this was probably our best holiday meal ever!  #1 made taco soup to go with and i made Mexican rice....brownies with ice cream and chocolate sauce was the finale!  

Everyone has left except #2 and his wife, they will be leaving shortly and i've started my 3rd dishwasher load of dishes.  Sir told me that he had planned on playing tonight but i am just too exhausted...bless his soul!  Of course i would have done it...but i probably would not have enjoyed it.


With that i'm out, i feel like i've been run over by a truck.  Happy Easter/Passover to everyone!
