Household Chores to Fund My Trip

i really think i should get this as a tattoo!

We found out last night that #2.5 had to go back to work earlier than she had planned so last night was our last night with the grandson.  She rushed over to do their laundry so she wouldn't need to return him with dirty clothes.  We just kinda hung out on the deck and talked.  We also saw some really awesome animals, we've been hearing an owl for a while but finally saw it last night and then a little later we saw a beaver, there is a creek in our back yard so it kinda makes sense but still, it was awesome...those after we had the deer walk through our wiffle ball game, lol.  We're really going to miss the little guy, he was such a joy to have around...although we did get big hugs, kisses, and love you's from him, but it will probably be a really long time until we see him again as he lives about 8 hours away :(

Today i spent the day cleaning up the fridge from the basement, i had no idea it was so dirty.  i had them move it up into the garage and hosed and scrubbed it out today, it took forever!  Also stripped Sir's bed and washed his linens...is it a coincidence that tonight is the night i sleep with him....i think not!  So, the fridge is going on Craig's List as is my doll house, all to raise money for my trip, i'm trying to lessen the impact in any way that i can.  My dearest friends in Austin won me a free admission to the event so i'm down to just airfare, hotel and incidentals, yay!  i'm super excited to attend a kinky event outside of our community, we've never done that, it will be very interesting to see how other groups run.  Of course there will be no play for me since Sir isn't attending with me...but that's ok, i enjoy watching a good scene and look forward to learning lots.


Tonight Sir wants breakfast for dinner...so i'm making egg and chorizo burritos with hash browns...and speaking of which...i had better get on it.
