Cleaning For the Appraiser

Woke up early this morning to start working on getting the house ready for the appraiser.  i'm getting rid of all of our VHS tapes, i mean really, when was the last time we watched any of those, lol.  i also boxed up all of our music cds, again, i think all of them have be loaded onto our computers .  i honestly think i've made more of a mess than i've cleaned...but the work continues.

This afternoon was #4's last IEP (Individualized Educational Plan) it's the program they use to help children with learning disabilities and special needs.  He has been in the program since 1st grade and this will be his last one.  The program has certainly been a wonderful for him, he is an A/B student and just took his ACT for the first time and received a 27, well above average (he is taking it again next month because he wants a higher score).  We're in the process of choosing and applying to Universities...so, really a success story.

Sir is on his way home, bringing Chinese, yay...i'm really hoping to hit the dungeon tonight, tomorrow #3 will be in town and we're all (minus #4 who is too young to go to the bar) going to a local bar for karaoke, i love my children!!!!  Still working on how to disguise the dungeon from the appraiser, that industrial weight eyebolt in the ceiling is a bit hard to explain...i hope he's open minded!
