College Trip Fun

Ok, so i have no excuse for not writing more frequently...honestly life has been rather mundane, not that my service bores me in all honestly it centers me, i love routine, but i can't imagine it's very exciting to read about on my blog :)

Yesterday i took #4 to "Miner's Day" a college tour day at Missouri S & T, out of our state system of Universities it's the one devoted to Science and Technology.  The day went well enough but i think #4 is a bit overwhelmed at the moment.  He has the opportunity to stay in town and complete his first two years at the Community College for free (a program he qualifies for because of his grades, attendance and service hours) and after looking at a school that will be over $15,000/yr for a minimum of 5 years (yes 5, their program is basically set up to be a 5 year degree) he is leaning toward using the community college system....family meeting with his older brothers this weekend to help him make a decision.

Today is waxing day and then #2, 2.5 and 2.75 (the grandson!) are coming for dinner but beforehand i need to get the house cleaned up and some grocery shopping done.  i also need to license my car (yuck) and tomorrow we're having lunch with my sister, yay!!!
