i've been in a yucky headspace for a while now. Went to the p doc yesterday and we're adding another med that will hopefully help. Unfortunately this particular med must be titrated up very slowly, like over a 6 week period so no immediate help in sight.
Today i received a text from #3 that an armed man on campus and that they were going on lockdown...my response to him was to ask if he was in his apartment (which is off campus) of course he wasn't, he was sitting in a classroom. i logged onto the website for the school and they had emergency bulletins posted that they had apprehended the man and that the lockdown was over.
Geez, way to scare the hell out of me when i'm 3 hours away and can't do a damn thing but worry! He texted me about 30 minutes later that he was safe and sound in his apartment.
Tonight we're going out to dinner near ss's house, i'm hoping i can convince Sir to swing by her house after and get her printer driver installed, we'll see!
i did get good news....the grandson will be in town in a couple of weeks, he's actually getting in town while we are at Kinky Kollege but will be here the whole next week. #2.5 asked if i could babysit on that Tuesday then took it back when she realized that it was our anniversary, i had to tell her that i would be home alone during the day anyway and would love to spend some time with him.
Ok, time to dress for dinner, have a wonderful day all!
