Please Keep Our Pets in Your Thoughts

A rough couple of days for the pets in our family.  The cat that #1 and #1.5 rescued from living outside their condo is sick, like really sick, they think it is either hepatitis or a diffuse and widespread cancer (not a removable mass). He is spending the night in the ICU awaiting a biopsy in the morning, they are so upset, i totally feel for them. Meanwhile our dog (Libby the chihuahua) injured her leg yesterday morning while running up the deck stairs, she has been favoring it as much as i hope that it was just a sprain we are definitely need to take her in for treatment...AND ss's dog has a small mass in her mouth (and a hernia in her abdomen) she sees the surgical vet tomorrow....i guess when it rains it pours. Please keep Romeo (the cat) Libby and Jasmine in your thoughts.

In other news i talked to #4 in Rolla, he never wears a coat so he doesn't own one, i asked him if he was ready for one and he gave up and said yes, i ordered one online and a pair of gloves to be drop shipped to him...he's a stubborn one, lol.

The grandpuppy will be here tomorrow so that we can watch her while my son drives to Tennessee to pick up his wife, i know it has been an insanely busy week for her and i can't wait to give her a big hug. The good news is that the clothing we went shopping for for #2's interview was a hit, he got the job, they are willing to work around his school and Army schedule and it is an amazing step for him to take, it's in a very progressive and well established company and he will be doing programming for them, big bucks!



Saturday night we have Halloween FLOG, the biggest party of the year in St. Louis. I am going as Simi Parthenopaeus, the demon from the Dark-Hunter series of books...yep it will rock!

Ok, off to watch the Cardinals play.....World Series baseball is about the only time i watch!
