PLAY!!!!!

Saturday brought very unwelcome news, #4 who works for Best Buy had a meeting at 7 am (which he was late for because our power went off last night) and was told that their store is closing in May...he was really bummed, worst part is that #2.5 works full time there as a supervisor and will be losing her job too, she is the primary support as #2 goes to school full time and only works part time.  As always, positive attitude and i'm sure she'll find something at one of the other stores...hopefully something for #4 too but obviously that isn't nearly as urgent.

Tonight was the munch, but so many people weren't going...either at LLC or at another function in town tonight that Sir decided we weren't going...he wanted to play.  That was going well until #4 came up and asked if his BFF could spend the night...crap, don't mind playing with #4 in the house but another kid makes it problematic.  We did play, it was awesome, as always, but fast because i was really not feeling comfortable with the friend getting here.

Sir had me kneel, collared me, i serviced him and then he blindfolded me and led me to my corner by my hair (yes, he's loving the longer hair!) .  i knelt while he prepared things the way that he wanted them....i crawled to the table and was tied to it...Sir started with the acrylic cane and gave me a thorough full body rhythmic caning...it felt like a deep tissue massage with a few "harder" hits....after he moved to the leather paddle and progressed the same way...then the wooden paddle (which i usually don't like much) and with each pass the strikes were harder...finally ending with him giving my ass a really, really, thorough beating, especially when he turned it sideways and hit with the narrow side.  It was awesome.....

This reminded me of my ex...it's hard to get crazier than me but she managed!  Funny, i still kinda miss her....

Sunday's Rewrite!

Sorry my posting was sooooo short last night, i was beyond exhausted.  So, here's a more in depth accounting of yesterday!

ss came over so that Sir could backup and clean-up her laptop since it needs to go into the shop, no point freaking out the vanilla folks at the Geek Squad!  While he worked on it she went with me to the grocery store to do the weekly shopping.  When we came home we quickly made dinner (ss had brought over a large side of salmon) baked the salmon and pan fried a steak for me, steamed some asparagus, made a Caesar salad and corn for Sir.  It all took longer than we thought so we hustled our buns upstairs to get ready for the meeting and munch.  The hairstyle of the night was the Valentine's Heart...

Unfortunately my hair isn't quite that long yet :)

Sir decided he needed to finish up some stuff on the laptop and he also wanted to hit a book store on the way so ss and i drove up early and he joined us.


The meeting was pretty much standard, nothing to write home about, but i like to put in an appearance every couple of months just to be on the same side.  i really thought that the munch would be poorly attended, we have an erotic art show this weekend (Naughty Gras) that is usually a big pull, but the munch was hopping, probably 100 people!  Met a new couple, they are not new to D/s but are new to the scene in St Louis, i really enjoyed talking with them, and she very clearly pointed out to me that she was bi...you should have seen the look on the mentoree's face, lol.

Ok, no anti-fur comments needed, i don't own one, but hers was really, really, soft!

my friend kim was there, her Sir just bought her the most gorgeous fur coat, yes, i will admit it, i cuddled up with her (and that coat) for a bit...both were soft!

#4 is working this afternoon, we had a rope social at 1:00, #4 has to work at 2:00 and Sir has to pick up #1 and #1.5 at the airport around 1:00 so i'm really not feeling the rope social.  So i may try to find a movie and see if Sir will watch with me.  Maybe just gear up for next weekend.  St. Louis has the second largest Mardi Gras celebration in the country (obviously New Orleans is first!) So, Friday night is our private group munch that we must attend for our sponsorees, Saturday is the parade, then a party at the private playspace followed by FLOG.  i want to do it all!  Hoping Sir will let me, at the very least i must attend the munch and private party, i'm cooking cornbread and corn pudding to go with all the cajun food :).   So, a million things to do next weekend, must rest up!

Tonight is "Date Night"

So, tonight is date night, for most that means going out and having dinner or something like that, for us it means settling in together to watch a few of the shows we have recorded on our DVR. i've prepared a nice dinner and Sir says we are playing "Jupiter's Cock" during Spartacus, if you aren't familiar with the game, you watch a show and everytime a certain word (in this case, cock) is said everyone drinks, should be a drunken night as cock is the favorite word of all the characters!




Taboo last night was kinda fun, would have been better if Sir had been with us. The play was fun to watch, there was a particular scene that was really awesome, not a lot of pain but the sensation and sensual feel of the scene was erotic. i wasn't familiar with either of them but i hope to see more of their play. Even the strippers were fun to watch, and nice looking ones at that!

Have you ever experienced sub drop? How do you and your owner deal with it?


Drop is a real issue for us, usually only happens after big events or after playing with Sir Michael. It takes several days for it to set in and with Spanksgiving it usually hits a day or two before the actual holiday, it's been so bad in the past that we have actually considered skipping the event. My drop usually manifests with random crying and the desire to sleep for days on end. So far we haven't found the magic cure, we just know to watch for it and treat it symptomatically, hugs and sleep...,

Do you like sensory deprivation of any kind? What are your favorite types of this play?

We both enjoy sensory deprivation in the form of a blindfold and music played to block out other noises, as i found at the last party at Sir Michael's listening to someone else scene is very disturbing to me, especially when the slave is using a "trigger" word, lesson learned, i won't play there again at the same time that anyone else is playing, who knew, i've never played when someone else is, we play at home and it's just us, for my needle scene we were in the Medical Dungeon which is always very quiet.


Tomorrow night is our big Munch, i'm cooking dinner for ss, Sir is working on her computer and then we'll head to the munch.

Saturday Night - The Munch

Tonight was the monthly munch that our private group puts on, it's an opportunity for those in the community who are curious to come forward and meet the members and ask their questions....we always get a few new folks but it's really more a social time for the members.


As usual it was fun, good food, good drinks and lots of social time for the kinky folks, lol.


My big news of the night is that Hispussinboots, asked me to join her committee, she is Operations, which means she takes care of the private playspace and arranges the parties...i'm totally psyched to be on her committee!  i've been looking for a way to give back to our community and this is it!

So, short update tonight, we're headed off to play, it's been a week and i SO need it!  i hope everyone else has a great night, and hopefully a little play for you too!
