So, i was supposed to go over and sit with ss while she packed today.  Got up and went to the dry cleaners for Sir and almost passed out, this asthma thing is getting really, really, old.  So i came home and texted ss that i wasn't going to make it.  i thought it was strange that she didn't respond but figured she was just really busy, happens to all of us, right????  Well, yes, she was very busy....having emergency surgery!

Seems she was walking through her basement to let the dog out early this morning and tripped and fell into a large glass vase that was on the floor, it broke and lacerated her right arm, it hit an artery and she bled...fortunately her mom was upstairs and when she was able to make it up the stairs mom called 911 and they rushed her to the ER and then to surgery.  Of course her mother didn't have my number so i didn't get a call until she was reunited with her phone earlier this afternoon!  She's doing ok now but time will tell on any permanent damage she may have sustained.  i'm hoping to get to the hospital tonight, hoping that Sir can drive me,  i'm not sure i can walk from a parking lot and all through a hospital at this point.  i'm going to be the one bringing her home when the release her tomorrow and i'll need all the energy i can muster.

So, today is the 35th anniversary of losing my virginity!  It was with Sir and it was his first time too.  i'm making him a nice strip steak dinner to celebrate.  Will there be sex tonight????  No way, he's far too worried about my asthma at this point....darn!
