Yep, The Steroids are Back!

i gave in and called the doctor today, went in to see her and she's hoping that the last round of pneumonia is just still inflaming my lungs, hoping there is no residual infection, so back on the steroids i go and i'm to call in 3 days if i don't feel better....damn it...i had better feel like a champ by Saturday for Sir Michael's party!

For those who know medical stuff....my pulse ox was 88 (Acceptable normal ranges for patients are from 95 to 99 percent),when i saw her today, this gives you an idea of how incredibly crappy i have felt!

Cancelled my waxing tomorrow, i don't think i can lay flat on my back long enough without an awful coughing spell, which totally sucks with a clothing optional party on Saturday night, Sir says he will shave me if need be, so that's something to look forward to, lol.

Tomorrow is the first day of school for #4, his senior year.  What an exciting time!!!  Of course that means we really need to get on the program of choosing a college for next year, we have it narrowed down to three so it should be pretty easy.

Have a great night?  i'm off to curl up in bed and watch a few episodes of "Alphas".

  1. I hope you get to feeling better. And good luck with schools. I recommend University of Nebraska at Kearney, it is a great small school and quite affordable. I wish I had the ability to work and to go to school at the same time.

  2. So far he has narrowed it down to University of Missouri Science and Technology (the state school known for CS and Engineering), Missouri State University (his brother will graduate there in the Spring) and our local community college, not sure where that one came from but after our school tours we'll see.

All of my kids work and go to school, it's tough but it has provided them a great work ethic, even #2 who's tuition is paid by GI bill works overnight's unloading trucks.
