i'm getting pretty good at cooking with minimal appliances. i have a refrigerator, a pizza oven, a rice cooker and a breakfast griddle to work with...tonight's dinner was teriyaki salmon with broccoli Mexican rice...not bad if you think about it. Have a microwave would really be beneficial but.....gotta use what i have! Of course i cut the hell out of my thumb trying to open a can without a can opener but the blood has finally stopped flowing, talk about embarrassing!
Saturday will be busy we have the wedding and reception and if we finish early enough then we will make a stop at Wolf's...we missed last month and i'd love to put in an appearance if at all possible, June is always the anniversary party for "The House of Two Wolves "Maison de Deux Loups", and although we won't be able to attend in costume (that would be tough to explain at the Catholic wedding, lol, i'd still love to hang with our friends and my Lady.
